Outline of Research at the Start	解離症状はトラウマ関連障害のみならず、さまざまな精神疾患と併存しているが、症状発生のメカニズムは十分に解明されていない。本研究では、個人要因として自己への否定的認知と不適応パーソナリティについて、複数の調査票を用いて定量的に分析し、個人要因の根底に共通する脆弱性を特定する。また、心的外傷体験の種類と性質、経過時間といった観点から、個人脆弱性との相互作用が解離症状への影響を検証する。さらに、見出された特性（要因）を踏まえた介入支援のポイントの有用性について、質的調査を行う。本研究の成果は、解離症状のアセスメントポイントへの理解を深め、他の精神症状との鑑別に役立つ示唆を得るものと期待される。
