Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，企業人が自分ごととして考えられる偏見の予防的介入の確立である。本研究の特色は，従来の偏見介入のように，ある属性に対して拒否的態度が生じた後に改善を目指すのではなく，未知の属性と出会った際の拒否的言動の改善を通して，予防的な偏見改善を目指すことにある。本研究は，1）“予防的偏見介入”の効果指標として回避的言動の可視化，2）多様性受容に特化した予防的偏見介入の作成と実験的効果検証，さらに，3)企業における普及を行うものである。予防的偏見介入によって，偏見が生じづらくなり，心理的に安全な環境設定につながることで，職場の生産性向上という副次的な効果も期待できる。
