Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、自己理解の方法であり心理療法のひとつでもある「フォーカシング」実践者の生理指標をウェアラブルデバイスで計測し、その経時的変化を分析する。話し手に生じた気づきなどの体験変容や語りの変化の過程は、従来より聴き手やフォーカシング専門家による観察的事実の記述や評定により捉えられることが多く、生理学的視点による研究は豊富とは言えない。身体に感じられる意味感覚へのアプローチを核とするフォーカシングの過程を生理学的視点から分析することの意義はフォーカシングに限定されるものではなく、体験変容が心身に与える影響の解明、セラピストの介入法の向上など、広く心理療法の有効性や課題検証への貢献が期待される。
