Outline of Research at the Start

「心身の健康に対するウェルビーイング（ポジティブ感情，生きがいや成長感）と社会的つながり（対人社会に対する帰属意識や満足感）の機能と役割は何か」の学術的問いに答えるために、研究1では、社会的つながり感尺度の日本版を作成し、因子構造と信頼性、妥当性を検討する。研究2では、ウェルビーイングと社会的つながり感がどのようにストレスや健康の結果と関連するのか唾液中炎症マーカーを用いて明らかにする。研究3では、ウェルビーイングと社会的つながり感との相互作用が日常生活行動下のストレスや健康に与える影響を検証し、心身の健康に対するウェルビーイングと社会的つながりの生物心理社会的な機能と役割の解明を試みる。
