Outline of Research at the Start	歴史的な生活環境は複雑な相互関係のなかで成立している。露店での買い出しついでの交流、軒先でくつろぐ住民の存在による安心感など、ある住民の行動が他の住民の生活評価に影響する。この環境の継承には、住民行動・生活空間と環境・近隣関係の複雑な相互作用と、それが住民の生活環境評価に与える影響の理解が重要である。しかし過去の研究は、この重要性の概念的な説明や部分的な定量的評価に留まる。本研究は、開発が進展するプノンペンの歴史的街区を対象に、生活空間・環境・行動の相互作用と生活環境の評価と相互作用のシミュレーションモデルを開発し、歴史的生活環境の保全と開発との均衡点の検討に向けた施策の評価基盤を提供する。
