Outline of Research at the Start	2015年からの5年間の住替人口は、都市内よりも都市間の住み替えの方が上回った。人口定着に寄与する住宅取得を伴う住み替えは都市の拡大縮小を左右する。特に都市間の住み替えは距離が遠くなるため、居住環境評価にも影響すると考える。これまでの研究では都市内の分析が一般的であり、都市間の実態解明には至っておらず、都市圏単位で広範囲に解明するものは他に例がない。そこで、人口減少が進行する地方都市圏を対象とし、住替実態、居住環境評価、都市環境の3つの調査により、住宅取得を伴う住替実態と居住環境評価の関連を明らかにする。
