Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、現在、世界で喫緊の課題であり、我が国でも推進されている、環境に配慮したまちづくりの実現に向けて、地区の管理段階で生じる交通面での問題に着目し、ネガティブな問題を最小限に抑えられるような地区形成のシステムを構築することを目的とする。
具体的には、行政により強力な政策推進が図られているフランスの環境配慮型地区の認証制度及びその実例を対象として、地区の管理段階での問題分析を行い、生じている問題の内容、それら問題への対応策、対応策における関係主体の役割の在り方について検討することで、持続可能な地区形成システムについて検討し、世界各都市での環境配慮型社会形成への貢献を目指すものである。
