Outline of Research at the Start

自治体間において、災害対応に関する経験知の共有が円滑に行われておらず、災害復旧を妨げる要因の一つとなっている。本研究では、2020年以降4度の巨大地震が発生している能登半島を事例に、フィールド調査によって「同一の基礎自治体の内部」「異なる基礎自治体の間」「自治体と地域社会の間」において、どのような経験知が、どのように共有され、どのような経験知が共有されていないのかについて解明したうえで、経験知の共有を妨げる要因の分析、および、経験知の共有方法の検討を行う．
