Outline of Research at the Start

The new compositions of NbTiZr-based M/HEAs are tailored to have a single BCC phase, high strength and low Young's modulus for orthopedic implant application. Furthermore, a control of preferred <001> orientation is fabricated by high temperature deformation for further reduction of Young's modulus.
