Outline of Research at the Start

The 1st phase would be to develop the imaging system for characterizing individual QDs, as well as, initial optimization and adjustment (12months). The 2nd phase will be fabrication of the SPS using semiconductor process (6months). The 3rd phase will be the optimization of the SPS (6months).
