Outline of Research at the Start

エステルやアミドなどのカルボン酸誘導体は、有機化学において広く見られる化合物群であるため、入手容易な原料を用いて、短工程、低エネルギーなどを考慮した新奇合成法を開発することは、新規医薬品や機能性材料の創出に繋がるため重要である。これまでに報告されているアルデヒドを原料とするエステルやアミドの合成法は、臭素化剤と求核剤の反応を避けるため２段階の合成ステップが必要であった。本研究では、可視光を活用したアルデヒドを原料とするカルボン酸誘導体の一段階合成法の開発を目的とする。
