Outline of Research at the Start

We propose a method for single-cell glycan analysis. A nanoliter-scale device will be developed for sample preparation, along with a customized laser-induced fluorescence detector designed for highly sensitive glycan sensing. This project will lead to a novel approach to trace sample analysis.
