Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、結核菌がヒト細胞への感染時に生産する二次代謝産物の探索し、化学構造及び生合成経路を同定する。得られた二次代謝産物の感染能への影響や各種生理活性を調べることで、本代謝物が担う生理機能を明らかにする。これにより結核菌の新しい薬剤標的となり得る二次代謝産物の生合成遺伝子を同定する。
