Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、ヒトが自分の行動や意思決定をどのように自覚し、調整するかを理解することである。この能力は「セルフモニタリング」と呼ばれ、個人差がある。本研究では、内受容感覚（自分の体の状態を感じ取る感覚）とパーソナリティ（性格特性）がセルフモニタリングにどのように影響するかを調査する。さらに、セルフモニタリングの多様性が、どのような生理的および心理的な基盤によって生じているかについて検証する。これにより、個々人の特性に合わせた労働環境の整備など、より健康で安全な社会の実現に貢献することを目指す。
