Outline of Research at the Start	電子カルテの大部分を占める非構造化データを活用したリアルワールドデータ（RWD）研究は十分に進んでいない。本研究では、我々はこれまでに開発した自然言語処理の構造化を技術を活用し、画像診断レポートから癌の臨床情報を抽出する方法論を確立するとともに、得られた結果をRWD研究に用いるうえでの妥当性を統計的に検証し、自然言語処理によるRWD活用の新たな枠組みを提示する。
