Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、股関節筋である内閉鎖筋の特殊な形状が、骨盤底筋である肛門挙筋の機能支点として作用し、股関節運動と骨盤底支持の機能連関を担っているという仮説に基づく。MRI画像および解剖解析により内閉鎖筋の形状と肛門挙筋との解剖学的関係を明らかにし、骨盤底機能障害の病態理解と新たな評価・治療法の開発に貢献する。
