Outline of Research at the Start

膵前癌病変・早期膵癌の腫瘍微小環境中に浸潤するマクロファージは腫瘍促進的性質、T細胞の腫瘍抑制的性質を示すが、その詳細な分子機構は解明されていない。
本研究では、より詳細な分子機構を解明するべく、ヒト検体を用いた多重免疫組織化学、シングルセル解析や、前癌病変・早期癌を模した癌細胞・免疫細胞共培養系を用い、前癌・早期癌段階の免疫細胞に発現する分子を網羅的に探索し、着目分子の機能解析や臨床病理学的因子との関連性を評価し、診断補助・予後予測マーカーの確立、および微小浸潤膵癌の腫瘍微小環境を標的とした新規治療標的の探索を目的とした研究を展開する。
