Outline of Research at the Start	侵襲性カンジダ血症を引き起こす新興の病原真菌Candida aurisは、抗真菌薬に対する耐性株の出現頻度の高さや院内アウトブレイクの発生によりWHOの最重要病原体リストに分類されている。しかし、その病原因子や抗真菌薬への耐性機序は不明である。本研究では、高病原性・低病原性および抗真菌薬耐性・感性を示す国内外の臨床分離株を用いたゲノム比較とトランスクリプトーム解析により、C. aurisの新規な病原因子を同定し、その機能を明らかにするとともに、抗真菌薬に対する耐性機序を解明する。
