本研究は、腫瘍抑制因子であるSPRED2がマクロファージを介して**食道扁平上皮癌（ESCC）**の進展に及ぼす影響を明らかにし、がん免疫微小環境における新たな治療標的としての可能性を検討することを目的とする。
