Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、老化によってがん細胞が生じるかを、老化大腸オルガノイドを用いた分子機構の解析を通して明らかにすることである。分子機構として、老化に伴いp53によるc-mycの転写抑制機構（p53/c-myc経路）が破綻することから、当該経路が正常細胞のがん化を促進する可能性について重点的に解析する。
