Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、乳がんの腫瘍マーカーに含まれるErbB2受容体と細胞周期の開始に重要なG1期からS期への遷移機構との関係を分子レベルで定量的に評価する。そして、ErbB2受容体の発現状態の違いがどのように細胞周期分子の応答性を変化させ、ひいては細胞周期阻害剤への感受性、増殖動態の変化に繋がるのか、そのメカニズム解明を目指す。
