Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では転移性脳腫瘍に対する定位放射線治療前後のMRFデータを解析し、定位放射線治療の局所再発・放射線性脳壊死の予測と、局所再発・放射線性脳壊死の鑑別診断の精度向上を目的とする。
転移性脳腫瘍に対するMRFの最適な評価方法は現時点では明らかではないため、2025年度はMRFデータの最適な評価方法を立案する。2026年度は立案された評価方法を用いて、局所再発・放射線性脳壊死の鑑別診断におけるMRFの有用性について評価する。2027年度ではMRFを用いて局所再発率・放射線性脳壊死発生に関わる因子を明らかにし、上記内容をまとめて学会にて発表し論文化する。
