Outline of Research at the Start	免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（immune-checkpoint inhibitor; ICI）の投与により、長期生存が得られる症例が存在する一方、約30%の症例で免疫関連有害事象（immune-related adverse event; irAE）が生じることが知られている。申請者は、ICI 治療中の症例における末梢血リンパ球のプロファイルの変化が重症irAE や肺臓炎の発症予測やモニタリングに役立つ可能性を見出した。本研究では、ICI が投与された肺癌症例を対象に、末梢血リンパ球のプロファイル、サイトカインを解析し、重症irAE を予測、モニタリングするためのバイオマーカーを明らかにする。
