Outline of Research at the Start	右側大腸癌において抗EGFR抗体薬の治療効果はRAS/BRAF野生型であっても限定的であるが、中には著効例が存在することが報告されている。本研究では、進行右側大腸癌における抗EGFR抗体薬の著効例を予測する方法の確立を目的として、組織でRAS/BRAF遺伝子野生型右側進行再発大腸癌患者で抗EGFR抗体薬使用予定例を対象に、血漿にてRAS/BRAF/MSI/PIK3CA/HER2/EGFRの測定を同時に行い、耐性遺伝子とDNAのメチル化の組合わせによるsuper responderの探索を行う。
