Outline of Research at the Start

HLAは免疫応答の中心的役割を担っており、さまざまな疾患と関連があるとされている。しかし、疾患発症のメカニズムについては解明されていないものが多い。そこで、分子構造からHLAの疾患感受性について検討し、HLAの新たな分子認識機構の探索を行うことで、これまでに研究してきたスギ花粉症についての疾患発症の機序解明に取り組む。
