Outline of Research at the Start	北海道内の大規模病院における侵襲性A群溶連菌感染症（iGAS）の臨床的、疫学的特徴及び感染経路等の感染リスクに関わる因子を明らかにし、予防戦略に資すること目的とする。 (1) iGASの動向及び患者因子を明らかにする：各施設のiGAS症例を調査し、患者情報やiGAS発症リスク、臨床経過、予後などの情報を収集する。 (2) iGASの感染経路や感染リスク（環境因子）を明らかにする：各施設において感染経路、接触者に関して情報を収集する。 (3) GASの菌株解析により病原因子、感染経路、地域における分子疫学を明らかにする。
