Outline of Research at the Start

クロザピンは非常に有用な薬剤であるが日本では処方数が明らかに少ないことが明白であり、これまで以上にクロザピンを普及させていくために、クロザピンの有効血中濃度を明らかにすることが一案として考えられる。当院の外来におけるクロザピンの投与患者は現在 50名ほどいるため、これを用いたデータベースを構築することで日本で初めての生物学的プロトコルの作成・運用を行なっていくことが出来る。それによって、副作用の発現を予測し、クロザピンの安全な投与量を明確にすることが本研究の学術的問いであり、データベースを蓄積することでクロザピンの処方を増やすことが狙いである。
