Outline of Research at the Start	せん妄は高齢の入院患者に起こりやすい上に死亡率が高いものの、病態は未だ不明である。近年、エピジェネテックなアプローチが注目されており、せん妄の病態が免疫や神経炎症と深く関わっている事が示唆されてきた。しかしながらせん妄のバイオマーカーについてはまだ報告されておらず、検出や治療には結びついているとは言い難い。本研究ではせん妄のサブタイプ分類に注目して ①サブタイプごとのエピジェネティカルな変化 ②サブタイプごとのエピジェネティカルな経時的変化についてまず検証し、必要あれば他の群との比較なども検討する。これらにより、従来の観点とは異なる形でのせん妄の病態解明を目指し、バイオマーカーの探索を試みる。
