Outline of Research at the Start

骨軟部腫瘍の診療は診断、治療、治療効果予測、予後予測が速やかに行われることが重要である。2020年の骨軟部腫瘍・WHO分類第5版によると、骨軟部腫瘍の診断は免疫染色や遺伝子診断に基づいて細かく分類されている。一方、骨軟部腫瘍の画像所見に関する研究の多くが2010年以前に報告されており、特に骨腫瘍は2000年以前が多い。これら研究の病理診断は2002年のWHO分類第3版以前の分類を用いており、内容が現状にそぐわない。そこで本研究はWHO分類第5版に基づいて病理診断を再検討し、診断、治療効果予測、予後予測に有用な画像所見をmultiparametric MRI (mpMRI) を用いて検討する。
