Outline of Research at the Start	頭頸部がんは高い悪性度と再発率を持ち、切除困難な進行例ではシスプラチン併用のCRTが標準治療となっている。しかし、患者個々の免疫状態や治療反応にはばらつきがあり、過度な治療による骨髄抑制が治療継続を妨げる場合がある。本研究では、CRT前・中・後のリンパ球分画をフローサイトメトリー等で詳細に解析し、再発との関係性を評価す。さらに、臨床因子や栄養状態などを含めた多変量解析を行い、治療反応性を予測するモデルを構築することで、CRTに対する免疫反応をモニタリングし、早期に治療効果を予測できるバイオマーカーの発見と、治療の個別化を図るための基盤を確立する。
