Outline of Research at the Start	末梢血中のctDNAを用いた小児がんの診断・治療効果・再発などに使用できる新たな腫瘍モニタリング方法を確立する。小児がんは疾患などが多岐にわたるため、個別にモニタリング可能なターゲットを特定する必要がある。そのため、腫瘍特異的な変異や融合遺伝子を、スクリーニングやトランスクリプトーム解析などで同定する。また、同定した腫瘍特異的遺伝子変異が末梢血ctDNAで検出できることを実証する。実際の画像評価などとの相関を確認し、臨床への実用につなげていく。尚、本研究で得られた成果は学術論文雑誌及び、学会において成果を報告する。
