Outline of Research at the Start	脂肪性肝疾患(SLD)は、世界的に増加傾向であり、今後SLDに由来する肝がん患者の増加が予想されている。肝線維化はSLD患者において重要な肝発がんリスク因子であるが、肝線維化非進展例からの肝発がんも認められ、既存の因子では肝発がん高リスク症例の囲い込みが不十分である。本研究では、保存血清を有するSLD患者の大規模前向きコホートを用いて、脂肪性肝疾患症例における肝関連イベントおよび他臓器イベントを予測する新規バイオマーカーの探索および検証を行う。
