膵癌の病理組織検体を用いたオートファジー発現の検討や膵癌細胞移植マウスを用いたマクロライド系抗菌薬によるオートファジー抑制効果による抗がん剤増強効果の検討により、膵癌に対するオートファジー制御療法の臨床応用への実現性を検証する。
