Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、VEGFR-2を標的とした近赤外光免疫療法（NIR-PIT）の抗腫瘍効果および免疫応答への影響を明らかにし、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬との併用による治療効果の向上を検証する。マウス大腸がんモデルを用いてNIR-PITの有効性を評価し、免疫応答の変化をシングルセル解析等で解析する。併用療法の効果や腫瘍微小環境の変化を詳細に検討し、新たな免疫治療戦略の確立を目指す。
