Outline of Research at the Start

現在、クローン病に対して、多数の生物学的製剤が使用されているが、クローン病の腸管狭窄に対して有効性のある薬物治療のデータは少ない。また、クローン病の腸管狭窄部の細胞にどのような影響を与えるのか不明な点が多い。本研究では、クローン病患者の狭窄部の組織や採取した細胞を用いて、局所での細胞動態の理解を深め、各生物学的製剤が狭窄部の細胞にどの様な影響を与えているのか検討する。
