Outline of Research at the Start

頻脈誘発性心筋症 (Tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy:TIC)に対して、網羅的遺伝子解析(Genome-wide association study、ミトコンドリアDNA解析、Whole genome sequence(解析)を行ない、TIC発症のメカニズムを解明し、TIC発症のリスク評価に有用なバイオマーカーの同定を目的とする。動物モデルを用いた機能解析を行うとともに、得られた遺伝子学的情報と臨床情報との関連を明らかにし機械学習を駆使して、TIC層別化モデルの構築も行い、このモデルが不整脈による心不全の予測にも有用かどうか検討する。
