Outline of Research at the Start

ダノン病はLAMP2欠損により重症心筋症を来すが詳細な病態機序が不明である。ダノン病心筋症ではLAMP2非依存的オートファジーが機能しており、その分子機序解明がダノン病の病態解明から新規治療法開発につながると考えた。このため患者由来iPS心筋細胞モデルやLAMP2ノックアウトマウスを用いてハイコンテントイメージング、マルチオミクス解析を行うことでLAMP2非依存的オートファジーの分子機序を解明する。
