Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ステロイド、脂質プロファイルによる原発性アルドステロン症の効率的な新規診断法を開発することを目的とする。質量分析によるメタボローム解析にて同プロファイルを評価し、期間中にはバイオマーカー候補分子について①原発性アルドステロン症と本態性高血圧の識別能、②原発性アルドステロン症の病型（片側性または両側性）の識別能、そして③内服薬による同プロファイルへの影響について検討を行う。本研究を経て、原発性アルドステロン症診断のための新規バイオマーカー確立を目指す。
