Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、慢性気道疾患である気管支拡張症の病態における酸化ストレスの役割解明と新規治療戦略開発を目的とする。基盤構築として気管支拡張症患者コホートの作成と臨床データ収集を進める。収集した生体試料を用いて酸化ストレスマーカーの測定とオミックス解析を実施し、酸化ストレスと気道リモデリングの関連を明らかにする。最終的に日本人特有の病態を考慮した疾患分類と個別化医療の基盤構築を目指す。
