Outline of Research at the Start

Thyroid Transcription Factor-1 (TTF-1)は肺腺癌の約80%に発現する転写因子だが、TTF-1陰性肺腺癌はTTF-1陽性肺腺癌と比較し予後不良であり、ペメトレキセドや免疫チェックポイント阻害薬などの肺癌のキードラッグの効果が乏しいと報告されている。しかし、これまでTTF-1陰性肺腺癌の分子機構や薬剤耐性に関わる因子に関してはほとんど分かっていない。今回、TTF-1陰性肺腺癌の薬剤耐性に関わる細胞分子メカニズムの解明と治療標的の探索を目的としたリバーストランスレーショナルリサーチを計画する。
