Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、皮膚T細胞性リンパ腫（CTCL）の一型である菌状息肉症（MF）の進行に関与するヒアルロン酸（HA）の病態的役割を、腫瘍細胞、線維芽細胞、マクロファージなど腫瘍微小環境の視点から解明する。また、治療薬ベキサロテンの作用機序とHA経路の関連を明らかにし、新たな治療標的の探索を目指す。
