Outline of Research at the Start	（背景）アトピー性皮膚炎(AD)の病態と体内時計リズムとの具体的な関係性は不明である。（目的）本研究は、体内時計とADの様々な皮膚病態との関係性を明らかにする。（方法）NIHやUKバイオバンクに登録されたAD患者皮膚生検から得られた複数のsingle cell RNA-sequencing(scRNA-seq)データベースを、様々なバイオインフォマティクス手法で解析し、AD病変部における時計遺伝子発現パターンとそれが紐づく皮膚バリア機能、炎症、痒みに関連する細胞、シグナル経路、細胞間コミュニケーション、関連遺伝子群を同定する。その後、このデータの妥当性をマウスADモデルを用いて検証する。
