Outline of Research at the Start

We show that Bacteroides pre-stimulation enhances HSC resilience and protects against immune-driven tissue damage. This effect stems from Bac-stimulated HSCs. We aim to identify the microbial components and mechanisms involved to inform immune-boosting therapies.
