Outline of Research at the Start

妊娠合併症ありなしそれぞれのSLE合併妊娠患者から出産時の胎盤組織を採取し、母体側と胎児側に分けて詳細な免疫細胞の解析を行い、リスク因子となる免疫細胞の同定とその特徴を明らかにする。妊娠転機を含めた臨床情報、妊娠各期における経時的な母体末梢血細胞サンプルの解析、フローサイトメトリーおよびscRNA-seqを用いた胎盤組織の免疫細胞プロファイルを統合することで、妊娠合併症がみられたSLE合併妊娠症例胎盤で特異的に発現変動している細胞種及び遺伝子を同定し、新規治療標的となる可能性をin vitroの実験で検証するとともに、妊娠経過中に末梢血中でその変動を予測できるバイオマーカーを同定する。
