Outline of Research at the Start	重症感染症である菌血症の診断には血液培養という検査結果を得るのに数日の時間を要する検査が一般的に行われている．同じく重症感染症とされる敗血症の診療にはSOFAスコアという，循環，肝機能，腎機能，呼吸状態など複数の項目から算出を行う必要があり，早期かつ簡便に評価が可能となる指標が求められている．この指標として好中球関連パラメーターが注目されており，本研究では好中球パラメーターの菌血症，敗血症における動態の解明に寄与することを目標としている．
