Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、がん特異的エネルギー代謝キー遺伝子PTBP1阻害による胞巣型横紋筋肉腫治療の可能性を検討する。①胞巣型横紋筋肉腫大腿筋移植マウスにmiR-1・miR-133b・siR-PTBP1を局所投与し、腫瘍縮小効果や副作用（体重変化・肝腎障害）を評価する。核酸治療が不成功ならペプチド阻害剤を検討する。②胞巣型横紋筋肉腫の転移モデル樹立を目指し、細胞株に蛍光タンパクを導入し転移細胞を回収して培養する。転移細胞が獲得できない場合、METやFGFR4を強制発現させ転移能を強化した上で、検証する。
