Outline of Research at the Start

重篤な肺虚血再灌流障害は、肺移植における致命的な合併症であるが、未だ有効な治療法はない。肺虚血再灌流障害において、TLR4(Toll-like receptor4)経路が中心的な役割を果たしていることが知られている。本研究の目的は、犬肺移植モデルを用いてLIRIにおけるTLR4経路の関与を評価し、TLR4経路を阻害することで新規治療法を検証することである。
