Outline of Research at the Start	癌抑制遺伝子であるBRCA2に病的バリアントをもつ女性が高頻度で発症するBRCA2変異乳癌は、多くがエストロゲン受容体(ER)陽性タイプであるにも関わらず悪性度が高く、一般の乳癌と同様のホルモン療法には抵抗性を示す。しかしその原因となる分子学的機序は不明である。本研究では、①BRCA2変異ER陽性乳癌における薬剤耐性の機序を明らかにし、②この集団における最適なホルモン療法を確立することを目的とする。手術標本より採取した腫瘍を生細胞のまま培養・株化することで、より生体内の環境を反映した感受性試験が可能となり、発見した新規ホルモン療法を実臨床に反映させたい。
