Outline of Research at the Start

大網の乳斑は腹腔内に遊離したがん細胞が最初に生着する場所であり、腹膜播種再発をきたす胃癌患者では根治手術時の大網組織に前転移ニッチや微小転移の形成に伴う変化が起きていることが予想される。本研究では胃癌手術時に切除される大網を用いたBulkのRNA-seqにて漿膜浸潤陽性例と早期癌の遺伝子発現を比較することにより前転移ニッチの形成に伴う変化を、漿膜浸潤がんの中で播種再発を来す症例と来さない症例の間の違いを調査することにより微小転移の形成に伴う変化を明らかにする。また、播種再発症例の空間解析を行う。これらの解析を通じて播種形成初期の分子メカニズムの解明、および播種再発の予測マーカーの同定を目指す。
