Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は頭蓋外胚細胞腫瘍(ECGCT)の治療の発展をめざし、下記3つの研究課題に多面的アプローチで取り組む。 ①は症例・経験の集約化が進んでいない現状に対するECGCTのレジストリ・レポジトリ事業の提案で、プロトコルコンセプト作成までを本研究の課題とする。 ②ではECGCTのもつ、他のがん種とは異なる特異な発がん形式や分子生物学的特徴を念頭にECGCTと原発臓器におけるNicheの役割を主に細胞株を用いて分子生物学的に追求する。 ③はECGCTのマーカーとして注目される4種類のmiRNAを用いたECGCT発症高リスクの疾患群患者に対するスクリーニングと、②の観点で行うmiRNAの機能解析である。
